name	experiment	what
control	baseline	production storyFeed. each story's 100 nearest resources by cosine, floor .40, dealt through the 9-slot template (lead, itk, etc x content bands), stories rotating within their section. no quality, recency or popularity term
jev_rerank	2 rerankers	control's deal. inside each story's pool, cards above the floor sorted by Jev keep; anything tripping a CMS gate (no image, paywall, duplicate, video wrapper) goes last
jev_blend	2 rerankers	control's deal. each story's pool sorted by cosine + .5 x Jev keep, gated cards last: relevance and quality traded, not quality alone
sonnet_story	2 rerankers	per story, Sonnet reads the story and its 30 nearest above-floor cards and returns its best 10 in order; control's deal over those. built offline (make rerank)
sonnet_feed	2 rerankers	Sonnet reads the day's stories and control's first 60 cards and returns a 30-card feed, its order as is. no template. built offline (make rerank)
stride_jev	3 stride	no template. one stream per story in jev_blend order, dealt by stride scheduling weighted by the story's Daily Digest clicks ^ .5 as known at 10:30 UTC (floor: a quarter of the mean). no hindsight: the build sees only the 08:00 hour's clicks
stride_flat	3 stride	no template. one stream per story in jev_blend order, every story dealt evenly by stride scheduling. the deal without any click weight
